We believe that diabetes is a serious but preventable problem. The mission of our program is to decrease the instance of diabetes in twenty to fifty year olds in the Hispanic Community of Tulare County by increasing the consumption of healthy fruits and vegetables, improving access to diabetic testing and increasing knowledge and awareness of the disease.
